I have just moved here from California and bought my house. The opener was the original when the house was built. It was extremely loud. I called to have someone give me an estimate. William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He had moved here from Southern California and was very informative on what to do and expect from my first winter. Precision is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings.
