I needed to have my garage door looked at because of some strange sounds. Precision was recommended to me. I was able to have an appointment later on the same day I called. Colton and Thomas arrived within the time frame I had been given, spent time looking over everything re the door, answered all my questions, gave me several options, and repaired everything that afternoon. The door is much more secure and operates much more quietly now. I appreciate the respect and professionalism that both of them gave me and the care they took in their repairs. Springs, bearings, center plate, shaft, rollers were purchased.

Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.

My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.
