From the moment of the call seeking service to the completion of the installation repairs, we could not have been more pleased with the customer service interactions and the results offered by an outstanding service technician. The issues were all resolved after a careful inspection and description of what was found. There was no hard sell, just options presented based upon findings and suggestions for improvements. All work was completed without delay and a full walk-through of replacement items was offered, including settings for new garage openers. Precision is the garage door company to call for needs!

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Fort Collins. My first experience was great so when another aging garage door opener and door parts needed replacing I looked no further. My tech, Brendan was courteous, professional and clean. He presented up front pricing, installed the new parts quickly and cleanly. I would not use anyone else for garage door install or repair.

Easy on line appointment and Will was here the next day at 8:30am. Will inspected and then gave me an excellent review of my garage door system. He made recommendations for current repair needs and also advised on optional repairs to make the overall system operate smoothly. No hard sell on updating the system. He had all the parts in the truck and repairs were completed within the hour. I recommend this company.

We had a spring break after 21 years of service, it finally gave way. After 21 years we decided to replace springs, bearings, drums, rollers and install a new Genie opener. Devon was great in explaining what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. Devon was quite efficient in getting all of this work done and then explaining how all the new installation would work for us. We are very impressed with the new, extremely quiet garage door. Thank You Devon.

The first time we used Precision to repair the builder-grade door openers the technician did a great job. We have them come back once a year to do the general maintenance on the door openers. We rely on them.

Devon Decker responded to my call to Precision right when expected and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very pleasant. He represented your company about as well as someone could and is the reason I will recommend your company to others. I was interested in the repair and replacement work he did so I watched much of it. He was excellent and the door now works better than it ever has. I am very happy with the result.

Needed to replace a noisy chain driven garage door opener w/ a belt driven on. The technician, Adam, showed up on time, reviewed my current setup, explained the options available to me, completed the work, went over the warranties and remote operations, and showed me how to do my own periodic lubrication of the rollers. Fine job!
