Gary called to say he could come early which was great. He diagnosed our multiple problems with the motor, the drive chain mounting and stripped bearings and pulleys. He recommended replacing all moving parts which was pricey but the right solution to problems that had been building for a few years. He estimates the time needed to do the repairs. He had all the parts in his truck. He finished everything a half hour earlier than projected. We basically have a new system with a belt drive so it’s quiet, an outdoor keypad, motion detector light and a door lock capability. It’s an upgraded system with warranties. I knew this would be needed sooner or later. Gary did a great job making it happen efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, Gary.

Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable on explaining everything about what needed fixing on my garage door. Joel walked me through the whole process of what he thought needed fixed and I really appreciated that. After hearing what sounded like the main garage door spring break on a Saturday evening, we called Precision Door Service on Monday morning and had an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. Brendan and Caleb arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. After checking out the suspected problem as well as the door opener, the hinges, rollers, etc., they confirmed that the spring had indeed broken and presented us with a couple of repair options. I was surprised how quickly the job was done (I thought they would be here for several hours). They also showed us some simple maintenance that can be done in the future to keep the door in good shape. The door now operates more smoothly and quieter than before. We appreciate the great job!

Precision garage door repair came up to fix my garage door and a mechanic did it in less than 3 hours by himself. Completely took out the old, obsolete genie model and installed a new one, new torsion springs, and new bearings. Under $2,000. Great service and experience. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars!!
