The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.
