Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. I felt comfortable knowing he was on the job. He explained every step and took time to show me how a garage door operates. I highy recommend Devon if you need a kind and conscientous repairman. He wrote invoice for repairs and recommendations.

Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. We have been having an issue with our gargage door eye sensors (and the CO sunshine hitting them) for the past few years. This has been such a frustration for me, when trying to leave my house, and the garage door is acting up! Colton helped diagnose the problem, and gave us options for how to proceed. Then he let us decide what option was right for us. Definitely will use this company again (and request Colton). Very professional and responsive company. They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of when they would arrive, and their final invoice was almost all the cost of parts (very small labor charge). Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.

Same day service! Our spring coil snapped! Our vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Adam came out, conducted a full inspection on both garage doors, and then throughly walked us through options with cost (about 5 options to choose from). He was nothing short of prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time with us as this was the first time we as homeowners had gone through a repair and inspection. He had everything on his truck to make the repairs and used high quality and durable parts (much better than the current/old parts). I'm Trevor and Adam was my technician. One of my springs broke on my double garage door. Set an appointment online yesterday for 10 -12. Adam called and said he had a cancelation for 8am and if it was ok to come earlier. That was perfect and Adam got to my house quick and talked me thru everything.
