I learned my garage door would not open at 7am, with car inside. They answered the phone with a person and had Technician Brian on site by 1230. He was efficient and helpful with suggestions without pushing me. Problem solved by 2pm same day. I am pleased

They completed their assessment and were able to get our door fixed promptly. You never think about your garage doors until they don't work. Our 3 year old LiftMaster wall-mount decided to have issues resulting in a door that wouldn’t open and a situation that wasn’t a DIY repair. The positive reviews for Precision Garage Door made me call. Within a 1/2 hour a technician was here diagnosing the issue. Jacob did a terrific job of assessing everything and then getting the lifting cables back where they belonged, installing new rollers, lubricating the hinges, and reprogramming/testing the unit. By the time Jacob left the door was opening and closing quietly and more smoothly than it has ever operated. I tried to open my garage in the early afternoon and it would open about 3 to 6 inches then close. I called precision door and they were there in about 2 hours! Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He was concerned about the safety of the door and gave me a couple of options about how to proceed. He was honest about what really needed to be done and did not try to add any services that were not necessary. I am very happy with the service and how quickly they were able to fix the problem! We purchased a new garage door about 7 to 8 years ago. I started noticing a few issues with it, the main issue being it was getting too heavy to lift manually when the power would go out. I called Precision to come out and do a tune-up and to my extreme surprise, they were able to come out within an hour or 2 of my call. Noah and his partner were extremely nice and professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a thorough examination of the entire garage door, including springs, rollers and tracks, and noticed there were several issues, the main one being the springs needed to be replaced. Again, to my surprise, they had all the parts on their truck and they were able to resolve all of the issues on this single trip. Now our garage door is working like new again and is much easier to manually lift. I have put their number in my contacts list so the next time we ever need garage door repair, Precision will be my first call.

Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did.
