Jacob performed great service. The garage door opener unit required to be replaced. During his inspection, he found that the springs above the garage door were wearing badly, red with rust, and should be replaced as a preventative maintenance. He was able to replace both of these items on the spot in a timely manner. I recommend this company to others.

This is our second time using the garage door services with Precision. One service was for repair of an old garage door and most currently for install of an electric door that had been manual only. The service men that arrived were prompt, professional and prepared for full service at the time of arrival. They explained the what and the why for their recommendations for replacing old parts on current door and did not try to over sell need for all new parts. I now have an easy to use remote controlled smooth functioning garage door that is surprisingly very quiet as well. I should have used them for this service a long time ago! Highly recommend! Yes, Trevor and Brendan exceeded expectations. Trevor clearly explained and documented the deficiencies' and was highly courteous and professional. They were even willing to work on the repairs starting at 6:00 p.m., even with it being a 2 or 3 hour project. After discussing with their manager, ultimately decided to come back the next day to work on the project - which was perfectly fine for us as we still have a functioning garage door. Also, I very much appreciated a live person answering the phone and scheduling an appointment the same day - which is almost unheard of these days.

Jacob called me ahead of time telling me what time he was arriving, he introduced himself, I showed him the broken spring and squeaky rollers, he explained to me he was going to check the system, he than showed me what the problem was, he than gave me options on getting it fixed, I asked him to go ahead and fix it and he told me approximately how long it would take, when he was done he showed me all the new parts compared to the old parts, he than open and shut the garage to show me that's its working, it worked perfectly, the squeaky was gone also, Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable, he also asked if I had any questions, he was genuinely concerned that the problem was fixed, and it was, I saw your commercial on TV, that's why I made an appointment with your company, I would highly recommend your company to anybody I know, once again thank you Jacob

I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Service, from the Initial call to the completed service. I had a broken spring which needed to be replaced and several other repairs I knew of. I made my initial call around 9:15 am and had an appointment made for between 10:00 am and I believe they said 1pm, the technician (Noah Guoladdle) called shortly after the appointment was made to let me know he would be at the house by 10:05. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He looked everything over and gave me a quote on the repairs needed and I added a new garage door opener. Noah completed the service very quickly approximately 2 hours, leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Once again I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Service and will highly recommend. Noah our technician was excellent, courteous and professional.

Why did I wait so long to do something about my aged, malfunctioning garage doors? I will never know. What I do know is I'm very grateful that I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix them. I called and they had an opening for someone to come out that very afternoon. Jacob came to my home and assessed both of my old malfunctioning garage doors and their openers.
