Brendan showed up on time and did a good, workmanlike job. I gave a four star rating, rather than 5, because the quote I received on the phone only reflected one spring replacement. I knew it would be advisable to replace both springs and assumed that Precision would do both. After some discussion with Brendan, we arrived at an acceptable price for the two springs , plus bearings at the ends of the shaft where the springs are mounted. I would recommend Precision (and Brendan) to friends, but caution that they make sure they have a detailed breakdown on the work.

Listen, I had estimates taken for the new springs for my garage door. I had A1 Garage Door out to do the work, and over the phone they quoted me one price and when they came out for the work, they raised the price X3. I then contacted Precision Garage Door and was treated like valued customer. They also quoted me over the phone a range but were honest and did the job for the quoted price.
