Chose you because the company we bought the door from did not respond tou my call for help. Your technician was fantastic. Did a thorough inspection, spotted several other items that needed replacing then did all of them. He was very professional, worked rapidly, and the door now works like new. In addition, he was fun to chat with while he worked. All in all, a fine job, I will recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door work.

Drew did a wonderful job explaining all the issues with our broken garage door and laying out the options and warranties associated with each. He did a thorough job fixing the issues, mainly the broken spring, walked me through how to maintain the door and manage if we lose power. I chose Precision because we'd used them 3-4 times when we lived in NC. We'd gotten great service in NC and again here in CO. I highly recommend Precision.

The Tech was proficient and did a good job. He reinforced issues that he felt were real safety issues. I did not like the company policy of taking all the door springs loose and removing all the cable drums and cables prior to presenting the sales pitch portion of the presentation, which created a half hour repair to well over one hour. I felt like I was being held hostage. I will be hunting for my former Overhead Garage Door vender that moved.

My recent experience with Precision garage door service was excellent. The repair person, Drew, was punctual, courteous, and professional. Upon arrival, he immediately found the problem and pointed out the broken spring that was causing the failure of garage door not opening. He showed me several options for the repair and gave me his recommendation, which I accepted. His work in repairing my garage door was fast and efficient. He demonstrated that he was both professional and knowledgeable. He had my garage door working again in 30-45 minutes. I would definitely use Precision service again and would request Drew be assigned the job. If others request Drew, make sure and ask to see pictures of his new daughter, she's a real "cutie".

The technician and a trainee came out quickly (within two hours!) to repair my garage door which would not open. The technicians couldn’t have been better to work with: knowledgeable, very pleasant, polite, thorough. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I will recommend Precision to my brother who recommended a different company. That company didn’t return my call promptly and, when they finally did, they couldn't do the repair for two days. That would have left my garage open for 3 nights, and that was making me nervous! Finally, the price for the repair from Precision was reasonable. Once again, using a BBB rating proved more accurate than the internet (but you CAN believe this review!)

Colton was also very proficient and fast. I couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Your category below only allows me to select one purchased item, but I replaced everything. Springs, cables, beqrings, rollers, opener and and all its asssociated doohickies. Finally, my door malfunctioned late on Friday afternoon, and Colton was here before my appointment window on saturday. I strongly recomend these folks for any garage door needs.

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Garage Door. I came across them in internet searches and they had largely very good reviews. My technician Drew D. was prompt and professional. I had an ancient garage door opener that needed replacing (noisy does not begin to describe it). Drew did a safety inspection and then gave me several recommendations for repair and replacement. I chose to replace the opener and a few other recommended parts. Drew did the work quickly and cleanly, explained everything and left me with a few things to watch for as some of the older parts age. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again.
