Overall, great experience. Quick response time. Repairs were completed quickly. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and very easy to work with. In addition to repairing the broken spring, we opted to replace the rollers that were showing wear. The door is now very quiet now - like rolling on butter. Will use Precision Garage Door again.

Our garage door broke a spring today. Wasn’t sure who to call so I found Precision on google and the fact that they were able to do same day service, helped my decision on contacting Precision. Had previously used Precision Garage Door Service (different dealer in another state) to repair a number of issues with an old garage door opener. Was very satisfied with the quality of service and products provided in that transaction. New house here in Windsor came with a garage door but no opener. Looked for Precision Garage Door in the area and found the Fort Collins dealer. Called the local office on a Monday and had a new garage door opener by Tuesday afternoon. Spoke to Amanda on Monday about what I wanted. She passed the information to Tyler and he called Tuesday morning to discuss details. Colten was there in early afternoon and finished installing a new belt-drive opener with a very nice Liftmaster opener plus the wall mount control, the exterior key-pad, and the remote accessories. He also upgraded the original rollers with nylon-covered rollers for a quieter movement. The install was all very smooth and satisfactory. I am very pleased with the results of this transaction. I definitely suggest you consider Precision Garage Door of Fort Collins for your garage door opener issues. The staff is very courteous and professional.
