They had worked on our garage when we moved in 4 years ago and did a great job then and a great job now. We had been experiencing occasional problems with the garage door and new wheels and new little camera lights ( I can't remember the name for that) will make a major difference. Scheduling online was quick and easy. There were several appointments available the next day or within the next few days. I appreciated a call from Colten letting me know when he would arrive and a text from the company with his picture so I knew who to look for. Colten was very knowledgeable and was able to dianose the problem quickly, make repairs, and pointed out some things to look for in the future. I can not tell you how great the service was. I mad my appointment first thing on Monday morning after I noticed that one of the springs was broken on Sunday afternoon. Colton was the technician. He called and give me the time he would be here. After he did the inspection he gave me three options and explained the differences between them all. It was clear what he was going to do and walked me through all the repairs. Once he was done with the work, he showed me what was replaced and give me some recommendation for maintaining the garage door. I feel like the garage door is in better shape after Colton replaced the spring. I would recommend Precision and Colton to anyone that is in need of anything related to a garage door.
