Had a spring break and called precision door service, was able to tech out quickly. Colton evaluated all our doors replaced the broken spring and also found other door had to large a spring which affected the opener. Replace that spring also and tuned up all three doors. I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service. Cable on garage door broke, made an online appointment for 4pm the next day. Colton called and texted me at 9am in the morning stating he could come earlier due to some cancellations. Scheduling online was quick and easy. There were several appointments available the next day or within the next few days. I appreciated a call from Colten letting me know when he would arrive and a text from the company with his picture so I knew who to look for. Colten was very knowledgeable and was able to dianose the problem quickly, make repairs, and pointed out some things to look for in the future. I can not tell you how great the service was. I mad my appointment first thing on Monday morning after I noticed that one of the springs was broken on Sunday afternoon. Colton was the technician. He called and give me the time he would be here. After he did the inspection he gave me three options and explained the differences between them all. It was clear what he was going to do and walked me through all the repairs. Once he was done with the work, he showed me what was replaced and give me some recommendation for maintaining the garage door. I feel like the garage door is in better shape after Colton replaced the spring. I would recommend Precision and Colton to anyone that is in need of anything related to a garage door.
