He inspected our garage door (all parts) and explained some additional items that needed attention (some needed attention now and others would need attention in the future). William Fletcher was really great. He went above and beyond to assess our broken door and fix it. He gave me honest info on our options for replacing the opener. He was able to fix the chain issue we had and saved us from having to buy a whole new opener. He went the extra mile and sprayed our wheels/bearings to ensure everything was quiet as possible - on both doors. He was very friendly and trustworthy. Very fast response to my call. William did a “tuneup” on all 3 of my door openers, which are 40+ years old! They all sound so much quieter now. I asked for an estimate on new ones, which he emailed to me. When I decide to replace one or all of them, I shall call this company again.
