Precision has now replaced my whole 23-year-old system. I was happy with their service when they replaced the springs a couple of years ago, and the installer warned me that the opener could go out at any time. When it finally did yesterday, Brendon came today to install a new motor and rollers. He was friendly and polite and the new equipment works well. I'm happy with the company and their employees.

I was able to easily schedule this appointment online, and the technician (Noah) contacted me on the day of the appointment to provide a specific time for his arrival. Noah was extremely helpful in addressing my questions and concerns about why my garage door and opener were not working properly. He thoroughly explained how the opener and mechanics of the garage door (i.e., springs, rollers, drums, bearings, etc.) work in tandem to open and close the door. He identified, took pictures, explained, and demonstrated how the door mechanics were negatively affecting the opener's performance. This explanation gave me peace of mind in knowing that the investment in replacing the mechanics of the garage door would improve the performance of the entire mechanism. This is the third garage door they have repaired or replaced for me in the last 3 years. They seem expensive, but they do excellent work and it seems to last. They replaced one builders quality (a/k/a - cheap) door with an insulated door, and the other doors were refurbished. All three open and close with the precision (ha!) of a Swiss clock! That precision makes opening and closing easier on the opener, so I believe they will last a lot longer. I recommend Precision Garage Door Company.
